The Wheaton Sustainable Innovation Zone (WSIZ) invites you to take part in an upcoming event to learn about tackling food waste in your business.
The restaurant industry spends an estimated $162 billion every year in costs related to wasted food. By composting in your restaurant, you can minimize the amount of food waste that reaches landfills and reduce your overall operational costs.
Hear from local organizations and businesses, including Jeffrey Neal from Loop Closing, offering commercial composting solutions and how to utilize composting to address the challenge of reducing food waste.
